Cancellations & Late Cancellation Policy All sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, either in person, by telephone, or via WhatsApp. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be treated as late cancellations. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged in full. For blocks, memberships, private sessions, and online sessions, the session will be deducted from the package or charged at the full rate. This policy applies to all sessions, including in-studio and online classes. Memberships & Class Packages Opening Sale offers must be booked within two weeks and may only be purchased once per individual (unless purchased as a gift) Memberships allow one session per day, unless otherwise stated in the plan. One month’s notice is required to pause or cancel a membership. Memberships may be frozen for up to three months for a £30 fee. Expired class blocks may be extended by one month for a £30 fee. Unused sessions do not carry over beyond the package or membership period unless stated otherwise. Payments All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law or at management's discretion. Payment must be made in advance to secure a booking. Clients may not attend sessions (including online, private, duet, or corporate sessions) without prior payment.
